I found a photograph of this Mitsubishi A6M5 (?) Zero on the web. The photo was found on the site www.todo-aviones.com.ar/japones/zero/gal_zero.html, but it can also be seen on others sites.

This plane looks strange. It appears to be completely unpainted, even the engine cowling.

Is this an operational airplane or captured by Americans? I do not know.

So, I did an illustration of this in Photoshop - a view from the left side. Colours are subject to discussion, of course.
