Messerschmitt Bf 109E-4

This is my 1st Gallery Submission to Hyperscale, outside of a few informal discussion forum postings. The model depicts an “Emil” of 1 Gruppe, Jagdgeschwader 2 Richthofen circa 1940.

The Tamiya kit went together with the expected ease, and was airbrushed with Testor’s Model Master Acrylics.

Cutting Edge decals were used, and the aircraft was weathered lightly with a thin oil wash, pastels, and a silver pencil. The kit was built according to IPMS Out-of-the-Box criteria.
