Description

Looking through the Wolf range of figures in a catalogue, one really caught my eye - the US bomber crewman.

The figure is cast in one piece out of grey resin. Cleanup was quick and easy, so the painting began even faster than usual.

Painting all those rich brown colours was a joy. I was very happy with the final results. Now, what will I do with the figure?

I know - a vignette...

The base was simple. Evergreen pastic on the runway, clay and staic grass, one small dog, an old Harley-Davidson and a sign. The bike was sourced from a 1/35 scale Italeri kit, and the dog was from Dragon.

Voila! One completed vignette!

I am pleased with the overall scene and I look forward to starting another one soon.

Thanks to Military Workshop for the Wolf figure.
