F-104C Starfighter

Hasegawa's 1/48 scale F-104C Starfighter is available online from Squadron.com 

Here is my 1/48 scale Lockheed F-104C Starfighter from Hasegawa. This model was built straight from the box - quite unusual for me.

I only corrected two points after comparison with a good picture of this plane published in a German magazine called Aeroplane: I painted white stripes on the wheels; and moved the plane's name, "Really George", to the other, correct fuselage side.

The finish is made from a mix of 50% aluminium Testor's Metalizer and 50% Alminute Mr. Metal from Gunze Sangyo.

The Model was published many years ago in the German magazine Modell-Fan.
