F-104S(ASA) Starfighter

Here is my Italian F-104S(ASA) Super-Starfighter in 1/48 scale.

The model is a conversion out of the Hasegawa F-104G/J into an F-104S(ASA). This variant still in active service with the Italian Air Force.

The Martin Baker ejection seat is scratch built.

The finish is a Tiger scheme seen at the NATO-Tiger-Meet 1988 at Cameri air base in Italy.

I've used TAURO-decals to recreate that finish. The airplane belongs to the 53rd Stormo, then based at Cameri, Italy.
