F-14A Tomcat

 Hasegawa's 1/72 scale F-14A Tomcat is available online from Squadron.com

Here is my VF-2 F-14A Tomcat. It is the 1/72 scale Hasegawa F-14A Tomcat kit #K-37.

The only additions are the Verlinden seats, and Monogram AIM-9 & 7's.

Paint is Mr. color Lt. Gull Gray #16440 with Floquil Flat Finish & Glaze final coat. Exhaust is Floquil Old Silver base with various Model Master Metalizer shades over sprayed.

Markings are modified low-vis markings.

i would like to dedicate this article to my 14 year old nephew and fellow modeler, Karl Rieter, who I think enjoys seeing his uncles models on HyperScale even more then his uncle does!
