Fairey Albacore

Here is my MPM Fairey Albacore.in 1/72 scale.

The model was built out of the box with only minor modification.

It was painted with Aeromaster Dark Slate Gray, Mister Kit Extra Dark Sea Gray and Dark Sea Gray and Gunze Tire Black for the undersurfaces. The torpedo was painted with Alclad II steel.

The canopy was cut open to show off some added some internal detail.

The second Vickers K was missing and was scratchbuilt using plasticard and rod.

Wires are from black sprue.
