This is a Fine Molds Bf 109G-4.

It is painted in the markings of Slovakian ace Jan Reznak.

This series of Fine Molds 109s is superb and I highly recommend them, they go together brilliantly and although they are not cheap, in my eyes they are well worth forking out for.
