From small and fiddly to super big - this figure was an absolute pleasure to build and paint. I was very lucky to have this figure. It was kindly given to me by a modeller who was culling his collection. Assembly of Warriors' 1/9 scale Fallschirmjager was easy, because it was already done! All I needed to do was strip the assembled figure and paint it.
Painting was done with Tamiya and Gunze acrylics sprayed through my Testor Aztek A470 airbrush. For detail brush painting I used Vallejo acrylics. The groundwork was made from DAS clay and static grass. Real twigs and roots were used to represent the wintry trees. Overall, this was a fast and enjoyable project using Warriors' excellent figure. Very enjoyable!
