Hasegawa's 1/8 scale Fokker Dr.I is available online from Squadron.com
Here a few pictures of Hasegawa's Fokker DR1 in 1/8 scale. I built
the model pretty much straight from the box, as, even though newer
research has unearthed more than one flaw with Hasegawa's version of
this famous fighter, its just such a nice model as it is.
I painted the cowlings with Tamiya TS olive drab and put the 'kaiserface'
on the front because it kind of screams "Fokker" to even the most
unknowing.

The fuselage frames were sprayed with Tamiya AS-12 Bare Metal Silver,
and the wings and woodwork with a transparent orange hue.
As I said, no big aftermarket efforts on this one.

I took the pictures earlier this summer at a garden party at my boss'
house, and maybe I should have mowed the lawn for him first, but I think
the grass looks pretty cool!
