Revell's stand at IPMS ScaleModelworld 2006 displayed an impressive selection of forthcoming kits and test-shot sprues in various scales.

The highlight's included:

  • the 1/72 scle Gato submarine, a large and impressive kit, due for release now.

  • the forthcoming 1/72 scale Focke-Wulf Fw 200 C-5/C-8 Condor, an all-new kit with petite surface features (engraved panel lines and subtle fabric detail), and comprehensive detailing including four full engines.

  • 1/32 scale Hunter F.6, based on the recent FGR.9 kit but with unique parts for this version plus an upgraded cockpit.

  • Eurocopter Tiger, in French and German guises. The German version includes a new IR nose & sight, Stinger missiles and Tiger parts. This kit, which is totally new tool,  is due for release in December 2006

  • 1/144 scale L1045 Super Constellation. This is another new tool kit, due for release in early 2007.
