Here is Jamie Davies' 1/48 scale Heinkel He 162A-2.

This is the Dragon kit detailed with the Aires cockpit.

The photo was taken with a Nikon D70 digital camera fitted with a 24-120mm VR lens. The camera was set to Aperture Priority, with the aperture at F.32.

This model took third place in the "Aircraft Medium, Jet Propelled (1/36 to 1/71) Modified" category at the recent Melbourne Model Expo 2005.
