Here is my 1/32 scale Heinkel He 162 built using a pre-production test shot of the Revell kit. The only added feature is the nose pitot from a medical needle. Revell's decals were not available at the time of construction. The paint scheme and tactical marking are pure fantasy. The fuselage crosses are from a 72nd Aeromaster sheet (Ar 234), wing top crosses from Aeromaster FW 190 (48th) and the tail crosses from a 1/32 scale Bf109K sheet . The only evidence of the real camouflage is from color prints in "War Prizes" (seemingly a RLM 83 top) and from real examples preserved at Berlin Gatow GAF - museum. These are clearly RLM 71 Dunkelgrün
