Mirage's 1/400 U-Boat Type VIIC  is available online from Squadron

Here is my model of a U-Boat type VII. This represent the famous U-96 of KK H. Lehman Willenbrock, assigned to 7ª flotille. The "Laughing Sawfish" emblem is painted by brush.

This is the1/400 scale kit from Mirage Hobby.
