Revell's 1/72 scale U-Boat Type VII C is available online from Squadron

Here is my Revell 1/72 German U-boat type VIIC.

The kit is built almost straight from the box using the Eduard photo-etched set and some hand-made details such as the entire railing and rigging.

I used GSI colours for the coat and Stardust pigments for weathering.

The biggest drawback of the Revell kit is surely the railway-bridge-like rivets. I haven't removed them completely, which I really regret. On the other hand, the kit represents a solid base for further detailing and its overall fitting is excellent.
