Here is a 1/48 scale half-scratchbuilt Westland Welkin by Shichiro Takashima - Taka-miura.
Taka-miura builds many prototype aircraft  including Hawker Tornardo, Tempest, Dh-108 Swallow and so on.

This Welkin started out life as the 1/48 scale Monogram Mosquito.
