Merkava 2

Academy's 1/35 scale Merkava 2 is available online from Squadron.com

Here is Academy's Merkava 2 with metal accessories. This is my fourth AFV kit, and I built it straight from the box.

It is painted with a mixture of Tamiya colors according to the chart shown at the IDF modeling site. Weathering is via oil paints after airbrushing many shades of the main color.

Finally, for an overall dust effect, I used Tamiya Buff and Pactra weathering paints
