The first profile is of a P-47D-10 flown by Fred Christensen while attached to the 62nd FS/ 56th FG. Fred ended the war with 21.5 kills. He is currently the highest scoring living U.S. Ace.

The second profile is Fred Christensen's P-47D-25, Miss Fire/ Rozzie Geth II. Christensen was the first pilot in the 8th AF to shoot down 6 planes in one mission.
