Focke-Wulf Ta 183B-2

This is AMtech's 1/48 scale Ta 183. This is one sweet kit to build!

It is straight out of the box with decals from a various sources.

The model depicts a JG1 aircraft where they have reverted to their earlier black & white striped nose with the winged “1”. The paint scheme is RLM 75/83 on top over a bare metal fuselage. The wing bottoms are painted in the late war “Sky” version of RLM 76.

Model Master paints were used for the colored portions of the scheme and several Alclad shades were used for the bare metal portions.
